Letran Calamba turns Data into Decisions and Actions

The Research Department, together with the Human Resource Department, organized the "Turning Office Data into Decisions and Actions: An Upskilling on Data Analysis” last June 06, 2024 at St. Joseph Hall. This upskilling aimed to: equip employees with the necessary skills to transform the wealth of data within the Colegio; identify trends and patterns that may not be readily apparent; evaluate the effectiveness of the current strategies and initiatives being implemented; and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for continuous improvement that can lead to excellent customer’s satisfaction.

Department Heads and their staff from various offices attended the upskilling activity. The following offices who participated in the training include: Accounting Services Department, Basic Education Department, Campus Ministry Department, Center for Professional Development, External Relations Department, Facilities Management and General Services Department, Graduate School, Human Resource Department, Information Technology Department, Library Services Department, Medical and Dental Clinic, Office of the Rector and President, Office of the Vice President for Academics and Research, Office of the Vice President for Finance, Office of the Vice President for Religious Education, Mission, and Identity, Planning and Operations Department, Quality Management Department, Registrar’s Department, Religious Education Department, Research Department, School of Business, Management, and Accountancy, School of Computer Studies and Technology, School of Education, Arts, and Sciences, School of Engineering and Architecture, School of Nursing, and School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
