Action Research Training

The Research Department (RD), in coordination with the Office of the VP for Academics and Research and the Human Resource Department, organized an Action Research Training on October 9, 2024. Dr. Allan de Guzman, as esteemed professor from the University of Santo Tomas and a prolific writer in gerontological and education-related studies, served as the resource speaker for this activity.  The training was designed to equip the Letran Calamba faculty members and administrators with the knowledge and tools necessary to conduct meaningful action research projects.

The enriching event brought together dedicated faculty members and academic heads from: School of Education, Arts, and Sciences; School of Engineering and Architecture; School of Computer Studies and Technology; School of Nursing; School of Tourism and Hospitality Management; School of Business, Management, and Accountancy; Basic Education - Grade School; Junior High School; Senior High School; Religious Education Department; and Graduate School.

Through the interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities provided by Dr. de Guzman, the participants were able to explore key concepts, methodologies, and best practices in action research.
