International Conference on Environmental Education in Southeast Asia (iCEESEA 2024)

Letran Calamba reinforces its commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles by actively participating in the International Conference on Environmental Education in Southeast Asia (iCEESEA 2024). Held at Maruay Garden Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 20-22, 2024, the conference explored the theme of "Ecological Literacy: Contributions of Environmental Educators, Practitioners, and Partners in Shaping a Sustainable Future."

Representing Letran Calamba were Dr. Floricon V. Encabo, Vice President for Academics and Research; Dr. Michelle L. Ventanilla, Dean of the Graduate School; and Dr. Ma. Xenia Z. Bitera, Senior Director of the Research Department and Center for Professional Development.

A key highlight of the conference was the launch of the ASEAN Network of Educators on Environment. The event featured a diverse range of international keynote speakers, plenary sessions, panel discussions, and parallel sessions, fostering rich dialogue and renewed commitment to environmental education.
