Information Technology Department

The Information Technology Department (IT) Department is responsible for the general management of information technology including but not limited to network infrastructure, hardware management, software development, and educational technology of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba.

VISION

We envision the IT department to spearhead in providing Information Technology services to its clientele to realize the Colegio’s Vision.

MISSION

The IT department provides forefront in the application of Information Technology resources by collaborations, innovations, accountability and delivering its services in a cost-effective, timely and professional manner that supports the mission of the Colegio.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

PHYSICAL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. [Physical] To ensure, through optimal readiness of infrastructure, that the Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba be an institution of choice by 2029. [IT] To thrust Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba by 2029 as an institution of choice and leader in the region in connected learning through platforms characterized by technological innovations.

ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM AND HUMAN RESOURCE. [Administration] To ensure organizational efficiency and continual improvement through internal audit, certification, and accreditation. [HR] To provide an adequate, competent, and engaged workforce.
