The Library Services Department caters to instructional and research needs of all stakeholders by providing wide-ranging collections and effective and efficient quality service.

VISION

In the age of globalization and information technology, we envision Letran Library to provide comprehensive collections and effective and efficient quality service to the academic community

MISSION

The Letran Library as a learning and information center supports the needs of the academic Community and other researchers by:

• Building updated collection of print, non-print, and e-resources;
• Encouraging and supporting the staff to enhance their expertise; and
• Providing efficient and effective library services.

SDA-BASED QUALITY OBJECTIVES

STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SERVICES: To promote flexible and holistic student services and programs that support learning and development as well as promote optimal student engagement and satisfaction. ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM AND HUMAN RESOURCE. [HR] To provide an adequate, competent, and engaged workforce.

SDA Wildly Important Goals

SDA WIG 1. To fully support the Colegio in the promotion and implementation of its curricular programs from AY 2022-2029 to ensure compliance to certification and accreditation. (S.Pr.4)

SDA WIG 2. To up-skill Letran’s workforce by supporting the professional and personal growth of at least 95% of permanent personnel through Continuing Education Degree (Scholarship) and Continuing Education Non-Degree from AY 2022-2029 to ensure efficient services to stakeholders and responsive to the changing technological innovations (ASHR.Pe.2)

SDA WIG 3. To intensify student engagement in student related activities from 40% 40 80% starting AY 2022-2026 and promote a meaningful learning experience (S.Pe.2)

SDA WIG 4. To conduct regular evaluation of student support services programs from 60% to 100% by AY2022-2029 for continual improvement.(S.Pr.3)
