The Quality Management Office's primary goals are to oversee and promote the institutional accreditation and certification of the Colegio.

VISION

The Research, Quality Management, and Planning Department envisions Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba as a plan-driven institution that serves the evolving needs of the institution and the wider CALABARZON area. This is achieved by fostering a culture of conscience, discipline, and excellence in both student and personnel research, ensuring it is responsive to community and industry needs. We aspire for Letran Calamba to be a benchmark in education quality management systems, acting as the management arm of the Colegio in establishing and nurturing a culture of accountability, continual improvement, and quality service in pursuit of its vision, mission, institutional philosophy, and SDA-based objectives.

MISSION

We, the Research, Quality Management, and Planning Department, are committed to guiding Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba in maximizing its capabilities and assets as a research arm consecrated to the search for truth and committed to total human development. We strive to nurture the research capability and competence of the Letran community members and conduct research that is grounded in Filipino culture, permeated by Dominican values, and responsive to the growing needs of the institution and society. We uphold Letran Calamba's quality policy, promoting and supporting the achievement of quality educational standards and services through an effective quality management system. This ensures that strategic, operational, and risk management plans are effectively and efficiently implemented, fostering an evidence-driven culture through structured monitoring schemes.
