At 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, learning extends far beyond the traditional classroom walls.
Through the 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 subject, JHS learners actively cultivate vegetables and fruits, transforming school gardens into living laboratories focused on sustainability and responsibility.
What they grow is not only harvested — it is also used in TLE cooking classes, where students transform their produce into healthy, practical dishes. From soil to stove, learners experience the full cycle of food, effort, and value.
This initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by promoting: Sustainability and responsible use of resources Food awareness and hunger solutions through local growing Quality, hands-on education for teenagers.
