The kickoff event highlighted the importance of work immersion in the Senior High School curriculum. It emphasized the program's core objectives: to allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, to expose them to diverse roles within different industries and work environments, and to facilitate the development of professional connections and mentorship opportunities. These objectives are meticulously designed to provide students with a well-rounded experience that goes beyond textbooks and lectures.

The work immersion program at Letran Calamba is more than just a requirement; it's an investment in the future of its students. The kickoff event itself was a resounding success, bringing together students, faculty, and industry professionals. The event served as an orientation, outlining the program's structure, expectations, and benefits. It also provided a platform for students to ask questions and network with potential mentors and employers. The energy and enthusiasm at the event were palpable, reflecting the students' eagerness to embark on this exciting journey.

A total of 266 individuals participated in the kickoff event, comprising 102 Grade 11 students who attended as viewers and 164 immersionists ready to begin their placements.
