Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba proudly formalized its partnership with The British Council through the signing of the Supply of Services Agreement for the British Council Aptis Test.
This collaboration marks a significant step in elevating our English language assessment standards—ensuring that Letran Calamba students are equipped not only with strong proficiency, but with the readiness and confidence needed to thrive in the global arena.
During the meeting, both institutions emphasized that the Aptis Test is more than a measure of language skills—it is an essential tool in preparing our learners for international opportunities in education, work, and global engagement.
Present during the ceremonial signing were Rev. Fr. Roman L. Santos, O.P., Rector and President; Dr. Floricon V. Encabo, Vice President for Academics; Dr. Richard John Brian D. Manzano, Dean of the School of Education, Arts and Sciences; and Ms. Janice A. Ilao, Assistant Director for Internationalization and Linkages. They were joined by Mr. Mike Cabigon, Business Development Manager for Exams of the British Council.
This partnership reinforces Letran Calamba’s commitment to academic excellence and internationalization; empowering students with globally recognized tools to support their aspirations.
May this Agreement open new pathways for learning, global competence, and continued institutional growth.
