Last January 10, 72 students from the SBMA, STHM, SEAS, and SCST officially graduated from the National Service Training Program (NSTP) under the theme “Transforming the Youth to Become Agents of Social Change.” The event featured opening remarks by Dr. Richard John Brian D. Manzano and a petition for graduation from NSTP Chair Assoc. Prof. Audrey Vincentine S. Salud, who challenged graduates to turn their learning into societal action.
Guest speaker Asst. Prof. Demie S. Borromeo Jr. delivered a powerful message on civic consciousness, urging the youth to remain socially aware and discerning in their leadership choices. The ceremony included the distribution of certificates, a video presentation of the students' journey, and a Pledge of Commitment led by NSRC representative Ms. Gioelli Marie Borja. The program concluded with a message of gratitude from Assoc. Prof. Salud and the singing of the Letran Hymn, marking the graduates' new roles as committed agents of social transformation.
