The Student Services Department is mandated to provide student-centered learning environment which promotes education with leadership and life success skills to empower them with sharp mind and strong body with Filipino, Dominican and Christian ideals and values.

MISSION

We commit ourselves to assist the holistic growth and development of students by equipping them with life success skills, through an integrated student development programs guided by Dominican principles and recognized ethical standards.

SDA-BASED QUALITY OBJECTIVES

STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SERVICES. To promote flexible and seamless student services and programs that support learning and development as well as promote optimal student engagement and satisfaction.

ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM AND HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEM [Administration] To ensure organizational efficiency and continual improvement through internal audit, certification, and accreditation. [HR] To provide an adequate, competent, and engaged workforce.

PHYSICAL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. [Physical] To ensure, through optimal readiness of infrastructure, that the Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba be an institution of choice by 2029. [IT] To thrust Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba by 2029 as an institution of choice and leader in the region in connected learning through platforms characterized by technological innovations.

SDA Wildly Important Goals

Objective 1. To upskill Letran's workforce by supporting the professional and personal growth of at least 95% of permanent personnel through Continuing Education Degree (Scholarship) and Continuing Education Non-Degree from AY 2022-2029 to ensure efficient services to stakeholders and responsive to the changing technological innovations. (ASHR.Pe.2)

Objective 2. To satisfy the changing and increasing demands of stakeholders from 50% to 90% by providing adequate, qualified and engaged Student Support Services Personnel from AY 2022-2029 (S.Pe.1)

Objective 3. To intensify the student engagement in student-related activities from 40% to 80% starting AY 2022-2026 and promote meaningful learning experience. (S.Pe.2)

Objective 4. To enhance from 60% to 100% policies on Student Support Services by AY 2022-2024 and integrate provisions on online services for a more holistic support services. (S.Po.1)

Objective 5. To sustain support to learning aspect thru 5 to 10 physical, cultural, and psychosocial program from 2022-2029 for students holistic well-being. (S.Po.2)

Objective 6. To institutionalize 10% to 100% implementation of Homeroom Guidance Program from Basic Education to College by AY 2022-2029 to assist the emerging needs of students. (S.Po.3)

Objective 7. To increase the number of available scholarships and financial assistance from 2 to 5 starting 2022, thereby, contribute to the increase in enrollees by 2029. (S.Po.4)

Objective 8. To enhance processes on Student Support Services from 60% to 100% by 2022-2024 through the integration of online services provisions. (S.Pr.1)

Objective 9. To conduct regular evaluation of student support services programs from 60% to 100% by 2022-2029 for continual improvement. (S.Pr.2)

Objective 10. To develop from 30% to 100% application on mental health chatbot from AY 2022-2024 that will respond to students and personnel’s mental health issues (S.Inn.1)

Objective 11. To develop from 30% to 100% Virtual Help Desk by AY 2022-2024 for all student support services website to quickly respond to stakeholders needs (S.Inn.2)

Objective 12. To retrofit Student Support Services Offices from 50% to 100% by AY 2022-2024 for the efficient delivery of quality service to stakeholders (PIT.Inf.6)
