Accounting Services Department

The Department is responsible for obtaining government approval on tuition fees, assessment and billing of students as well as maintaining their financial records, processing of all Accounts Payable of the Institution in accordance with the Colegio’s policy, and the accounting and reporting of Colegio’s stock inventory and Fixed Assets.

VISION

We envision the Accounting Services Department equipped with a fully automated system and manned by diligent and dedicated team, to be an instrument and relevant source of financial information essential in the Colegio’s management and decision making.

MISSION

We, the Accounting Services Department, commit ourselves to maintain the Colegio’s financial records, provide diligently and effectively quality service to our stakeholders for appropriate accounting-related functions through the team’s expertise and continuous desire for skills and technological improvements.

SDA-BASED QUALITY OBJECTIVES

FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY. To attain financial sustainability through alternative resources and judicious fund management in order to fund Colegio’s programs particularly, in areas of innovation and personnel development.

PHYSICAL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. [Physical] To ensure, through optimal readiness of infrastructure, that the Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba be an institution of choice by 2029. [IT] To thrust Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba by 2029 as an institution of choice and leader in the region in connected learning through platforms characterized by technological innovations.

ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM AND HUMAN RESOURCE. [Administration] To ensure organizational efficiency and continual improvement through internal audit, certification, and accreditation. [HR] To provide an adequate, competent, and engaged workforce.
