Objective 1: To set the research agenda towards Sustainable Development Goals, advancement of discipline, emerging societal needs, and institutional innovations.

Objective 2: To increase faculty research engagement to meet accreditation and typology standards as well as strengthen the research culture in Letran Calamba.

Objective 3: To increase the number of research outputs to promote informed decision-making and process improvement based on research results.

Objective 4: To increase the percentage of student-researchers who completed research requirements as a sign of research competence among student-researchers.

Objective 5: To disseminate faculty and student research outputs in local and international conferences/fora and reputable peer-reviewed journals to establish the research culture and widen the network of Letran Calamba.

Objective 6: To document the research utilization of both faculty and student research outputs.

Objective 7: To conduct Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection initiatives.

Objective 8: To conduct collaborative research projects with community, industry, and government agencies through strengthened linkages and augment the research funds of the Colegio.

Objective 9: To acquire research tools that enhance the quality of research outcomes for faculty and students.

Objective 10: To help ensure quality instruction delivery by facilitating the technical evaluation of instructional materials developed by faculty members at the end of each academic year.

Objective 11: To upskill Letran's workforce by supporting the professional and personal growth of permanent personnel through Continuing Education Degree (Scholarship) and Continuing Education Non-Degree programs from AY 2022-2029, ensuring efficient services to stakeholders and responsiveness to changing technological innovations.

Objective 12: To sustain Certification, Accreditation, and Autonomous Status of the Colegio while maintaining quality education and services.
