IoT (Internet of Things) - Redefining classroom instruction into a digital world

The course is designed for teachers who are interested in transforming their traditional classroom into an interactive-digital classroom of the future, enhancing their capability for outcomes-based instruction. The concept of IoT (Internet of Things) is basically connecting any device with an on/off switch to the internet. This includes transforming ordinary white board into digital touchscreen. Course participants will be introduced to a wide selection of advanced robotics sensors, and user friendly program software. The course will also prepare teachers to learn mechatronics and assist them prepare for TESDA NC II in Mechatronics.

Mechatronics

The course is aligned with secondary school robotics curriculum and is designed for teachers, students, and robotics enthusiasts. Participants will be introduced to programming and CS-STEM (Computer Science, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts.

Arduino Robotics

Arduino is the most sought-after robotics kit used for robotics competition like Sumo Robot, Line Tracing, and Mission Challenge. With the Arduino Robot, trainees can learn about electronics, mechanics and the user-friendly Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE).

Humanoid Robotics

The Robotics Academy offers state-of-the-art Humanoid Robot training. Participants will have access to the different humanoid platforms in the Academy like Bioloid, Robo Nova and RQ Huno. In this module, trainees will learn to program humanoid robot that can perform multi-task such as robot dancing, robot soccer, and wireless humanoid special task.
