Philosophy and Objectives
The Quality Management and Planning Department primary goals are to oversee the institutional plans of the Colegio while complementing it with development programs and to promote and institutionalize accreditation and certification activities of the Colegio.
The Quality Management and Planning Department (QMPD) envisions Letran Calamba as a benchmark in educational quality management system in Laguna and as the management arm of the Colegio in establishing and nurturing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to provide quality service to its stakeholders.
To uphold Letran Calamba's quality policy and to support its mission and vision, the Quality Management and Planning Department commits itself in promoting and providing support for accreditation and certification and in achieving and maintaining high quality educational standards and services through application of an effective quality management and planning system and spreading the quality management and planning culture and processes within the Colegio.
1. To set the general direction of the institution through strategic and operational planning and monitoring and evaluating its implementation vis-a-vis the Colegio's philosophy and objectives
2. To ensure organizational efficiency and continuous improvement through accreditation and certification
3. To provide the Quality Management and Planning Department's personnel with opportunities for professional growth to competently deliver their tasks
4. To deliver quality services that would result to customer desirability
