Philosophy and Objectives

The Quality Management Office primary goals are to oversee and promote the institutional accreditation and certification of the Colegio.

The Quality Management Office (QMO) envisions Letran Calamba as a benchmark in educational quality management system in Laguna and as the management arm of the Colegio in establishing and nurturing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to provide quality service to its stakeholders.

To uphold Letran Calamba's quality policy and to support its mission and vision, the Quality Management Office commits itself in promoting and providing support for accreditation and certification and in achieving and maintaining high quality educational standards and services through application of an effective quality management spreading the quality management culture and processes within the Colegio.

1. To ensure organizational efficiency and continuous improvement through accreditation and certification

2. To provide the Quality Management Office personnel with opportunities for professional growth to competently deliver their tasks

3. To deliver quality services that would result to customer desirability
