The Management Accounting and Finance Services Department's major areas of responsibility include budget management, treasury, general finance services, payroll management, purchase management, and financial reporting.
We envision that MAFSD will be a model of new and better ways of promoting efficient and effective financial services.
The Management Accounting and Finance Services Department strives to maximize the utilization of resources to generate revenues and find ways to manage costs without sacrificing the quality of service that we provide to our clients.
1. To ensure that the financial resources are effectively and efficiently utilized to sustain the operation towards the realization of the Colegio's mission and vision
2. To face the challenges of adopting the recent development in technology while utilizing the available human resource capabilities
3. To continually develop system that would bring out the best customer service solutions to all stakeholders of the Colegio.
